Review Moderation Policy
How we collect, verify, and moderate user-submitted reviews.
Our Moderation Principles
Rankly publishes user-submitted reviews to provide a balanced, community-driven perspective on trading platforms. However, we take moderation seriously to ensure reviews are genuine, useful, and respectful.
Our moderation team reviews every submitted review before publication. We do not allow fake reviews, spam, defamation, or promotional content disguised as reviews.
What We Publish
- Reviews from verified users who have a real trading account with the broker.
- Balanced feedback that includes both positive and negative aspects.
- Specific, detailed experiences (e.g., withdrawal times, spread changes, support interactions).
- Reviews that are respectful and do not contain personal attacks or hate speech.
- Reviews that are written in the language of the page they are submitted to.
What We Reject
- Fake reviews or reviews submitted by brokers, their competitors, or affiliate marketers.
- Reviews containing profanity, threats, personal attacks, or hate speech.
- Reviews that are off-topic or unrelated to the trading platform.
- Reviews that contain promotional links, referral codes, or affiliate URLs.
- Defamatory statements that cannot be substantiated.
- Duplicate reviews from the same user.
- Reviews that appear to be generated by bots or AI without human input.
Moderation Process
Automated Screening

Ongoing Monitoring
