Broken Links

Within 1 week

Links to broker pages that no longer work or redirect to incorrect pages.

Typographical Errors

Next update cycle

Spelling mistakes, grammar errors, or formatting issues that do not affect factual accuracy.

How to Report an Error

Identify the Error

Note the exact page URL, the section or paragraph, and what the incorrect information says.

Provide Evidence

Include a link to the correct information (broker official page, regulator database, etc.) or a screenshot showing the correct data.

Submit Your Report

Use our contact form with 'Correction' as the subject. Or email us directly at corrections@rankly.com.

We Review

Our editorial team will verify your report against primary sources. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Correction Published

If verified, we correct the content immediately and update the 'Last Modified' date on the page. We may add a correction note for significant errors.

Correction Transparency

For significant corrections that affect ratings, rankings, or user decisions, we add a visible correction note on the page. The note includes:

  • The date of the correction
  • A brief description of what was corrected
  • The original (incorrect) information and the corrected version
  • A link to the source that verified the correction
