Complaint Submission Policy

How to report a broker issue and how we handle complaints.

What We Accept

Rankly accepts complaints about trading platforms from verified users. We document complaints to build a transparent record of broker behavior and to help other traders make informed decisions.

Withdrawal Issues

Delayed withdrawals, rejected withdrawals, unexplained fees, or withheld funds.

Spread Manipulation

Unusually wide spreads during normal market conditions, excessive slippage, or execution at worse-than-quoted prices.

Account Issues

Unjustified account freezes, KYC delays, unexplained balance changes, or platform access problems.

Customer Support

Unresponsive support, unhelpful answers, or failure to resolve legitimate issues.

Platform Stability

Frequent disconnections, platform crashes during trading, or data feed interruptions.

Misleading Promotions

Bonuses with hidden terms, cashback promises not fulfilled, or promotional conditions that were not disclosed.

What We Do NOT Accept

  • Complaints about losses due to normal market movements or your own trading decisions.
  • Complaints without evidence or documentation. We require proof for all submissions.
  • Anonymous complaints. We need a verifiable email and account details (kept confidential).
  • Complaints about brokers not reviewed on Rankly.
  • Threats, profanity, or personal attacks directed at broker staff.
  • Duplicate complaints. If you have already submitted, please wait for our response.

How to Submit a Complaint

1

Gather Evidence

Collect screenshots, emails, transaction records, chat logs, and any other documentation that supports your complaint.

2

Contact the Broker First

We strongly encourage you to contact the broker's support team and compliance department first. Many issues can be resolved directly. Document your attempts.

3

Submit to Rankly

Use our complaint form to submit your issue. Include your broker name, account number, a detailed description, and all supporting evidence.

4

We Review

Our compliance team will review your complaint within 3-5 business days. We may contact you for additional information.

5

Resolution or Publication

If the complaint is valid, we may add it to our broker complaint database. In some cases, we may facilitate communication between you and the broker.

Legal Disclaimer

Rankly is not a regulatory body, law firm, or financial ombudsman. We cannot force a broker to resolve your issue, refund your money, or take legal action. We document complaints for transparency and educational purposes only. If you believe you have been the victim of fraud, you should contact your local financial regulator, the police, or a qualified attorney.
